At RainTree, we pride ourselves on having a powerful and skilled team of coaches.  Recently, Lerato co-coached a Leadership for Results Group Coaching Journey for the Board of Healthcare Providers of Southern Africa (BHF).  She shared the following feedback with us:

I recently had the privilege of coaching BHF specialists through a series of “Leadership for Results” sessions, and what an incredible journey it was over the course of ten two-hour sessions.

The pure coaching process provided a safe space, enabling the team to freely express where they were and where they aspired to be. The process also allowed us, as coaches, to be briefed by BHF leadership on their goals for the team, ensuring that everyone was informed and aligned.

What stood out to me about the process was its structure, which still allowed room for every participant to feel heard, seen, and acknowledged from the beginning of each session. The check-in process encouraged each individual to pause, reflect on their current state, and identify their feelings. When common themes emerged, we shared tools to support each person, not only in the present moment, but also for their future development.

The breadth and relevance of the work covered in the sessions were remarkable and, in many ways, life-changing. We started by focusing on individual personalities and goals, then moved on to areas such as thriving, communication, building trust, conflict and change management, and diversity. We unpacked tools and shared key factors necessary for personal and professional growth. These sessions empowered individuals, regardless of their industry or profession, to grow, self-lead, self-manage, and self-regulate, fostering continuous development.

From the very first few sessions, we began to see tangible results. Participants shared observations of the positive changes they noticed in themselves —whether in the workplace, in their personal lives, or in their families. These signs of growth were not only discussed but visibly demonstrated through improved body language, posture, and active participation. The sharing of feedback and insights deepened with each session. It was inspiring to hear how team members supported each other’s growth and held one another accountable throughout the process.

By the end of the journey, it was incredibly rewarding to witness that every goal set by leadership and the team had been achieved. The process also allowed participants to share their visions for the future, learn how to support one another, and access tools to sustain their growth and carry it forward.

This experience was truly remarkable, as it not only inspired and equipped the team but also empowered them to continue their journey as leading agents of change—enabling them to achieve their highest potential and courageously live out their purpose.
