For management and leadership teams

10 Sessions


Leaders and managers need to confidently lead and operate as a cohesive team to achieve the productivity and performance that supports business growth while remaining stable. Managers need to build trust-based relationships in high performing teams. Some of the biggest challenges leaders and managers face are those of:

  • Sharing the vision and strategy in a way that achieves results
  • Owning their role as leader
  • Building and maintaining respect
  • Leading confidently
  • Transitioning from implementer to leader, and
  • Becoming an authentic and confident leader

 

Managers with these skills are able to achieve results. Coaching can build these competencies with calm and confidence rather than conflict and stress.

Our Approach

RainTree’s Group Coaching empowers and unites leadership teams.
The managers in the group receive:

  • Exposure to other managers and their challenges. This allows for collaborative problem solving and learning
  • Opportunities to discuss their challenges and receive coaching on how to resolve them
  • Building a respectful atmosphere of collective and individual support
  • Tools that are practical and relevant to the challenges being experienced by managers of all levels in business

The programme runs online every two weeks for 10 sessions. The sessions are at set times to allow managers to plan effectively.

A briefing session is held with the key business stakeholders to understand the results the business would like to achieve from the coaching journey. RainTree will integrate these into the coaching journey.

The participants will leave with:

  • New habits that are guided by practical tools
  • A better understanding of themselves and their management and leadership style
  • Thinking habits that support them to solve future leadership problems proactively; and
  • Practical implementation that will allow them to build an authentic and empowered leadership and management style that achieves sustainable delivery.

The ability to give and receive feedback is critical to build a high-performing team. An openness to feedback leads to innovation and supports teams to continually improve.

Feedback is often seen to be critical and filled with conflict. Because of these beliefs, many managers avoid giving and/or receiving feedback.

Managers need to build trust-based relationships. For a staff member or colleague to build trust, they must be able to share good and bad news. How this is done is a skill.

Managers with the skill to give and receive feedback are able to achieve results from and with their teams.
RainTree’s Group Coaching will:

  • Challenge limiting beliefs about feedback and
  • Provide managers with the tools to be able to confidently and clearly give and receive feedback

Management Accountability Circle

Monthly Sessions


Businesses face challenges and go through changes. Difficult processes like these can become overwhelming. The Management Accountability Circles provide support to tackle the changes and challenges step by step.

The American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) did a study on accountability and found that you have a 65% chance of completing a goal if you commit to someone. If you have a specific accountability appointment with a person, you will increase your chance of success by up to 95%.

RainTree’s Management Accountability Circle will:

  • Facilitate the management team to set clear outcome-based goals
  • Coach the team to identify priorities
  • Provide coaching tools and frameworks that support the team members to achieve the goals they are responsible for
  • Be the accountability partner who holds the managers accountable for completing their tasks.

 

Our Approach

RainTree’s Management Accountability Circles empower and unite leadership teams to achieve change and overcome challenges.

The managers in the group receive:

  • Clarity on what success is
  • Identification of priority tasks
  • Opportunities to discuss the challenges and receive coaching on how to resolve them

  • Tasks and updates on progress so that the team can collaboratively lead to achieve success

The programme runs online every month for the contracted period. The sessions are at set times to allow managers to plan effectively.

RainTree provides powerful one-on-one Business and Executive Coaching to Executive, Senior and Middle Managers.

Executive and Business coaching is a trust-based and confidential thinking partnership between leader and coach. The leader is given the opportunity to safely delve into their challenges, challenge their approach and beliefs and find authentic solutions.

The journey facilitates that action takes place and sustainable changes are achieved.

Our Approach:

RainTree has a panel of qualified coaches from which our clients select.

All of the RainTree coaches have a proven track record in supporting leaders to shift and step into powerful authentic leadership. They are all experienced businesspeople.

Individual Coaching is contracted. The sessions are held online with the selected coach. RainTree facilitates a coach selection process that allows the leader to find and select the coach that will support them best to achieve the growth and change they are committed to.
