Raintree Business Coaching specialises in business, leadership, and executive coaching. The business is led by Angela Heeley and Leoni Coetzee. Collectively, Angela and Leoni have more than 14 years of business coaching experience and 30 years working in business. RainTree has a vision of empowering business leaders to step into their power and lead their businesses to greatness. We believe that strong, resilient and confident leaders are the secret ingredient to business growth and success.

Leoni Coetzee

Managing Director and Coach

I develop and facilitate sustainable and measurable coaching journeys that empower my clients to lead their work and personal lives purposefully.

Inner purpose sustains my clients as they grow through the challenges they overcome. Their purposeful journey facilitates passion, drive and vision.
My group coaching is built on a strong foundation of purpose. Purpose leads to buy-in and shifts teams to be committed and achieve results and success.

My work provides the tools and skills for teams and individuals to mature, realise how empowered they are and take action to achieve a meaningful and successful career and life.

I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am a certified ILS Master Coach and Enneagram Coach. I also train coaches through ILS.

Angela Heeley

Managing Director and Coach

When I work with a client we embark on a journey of discovery. It is a supported and safe adventure that allows my clients to think through problems from new and different perspectives. They discover their power and step into their opportunities to change and grow. How this happens is unique to each person and is influenced by their individual personality, circumstances, experiences, and goals.

The group and individual coaching relationships that are built are courageous. Change is not for sissies and my approach supports my clients to face their fears and beliefs, challenge them, discover their personal power and celebrate as they grow and achieve.

I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am a certified ILS Professional Coach and Enneagram Coach. I am also certified through Ennea-International (5 Lens Assessment) and The Ontological Coaching Association of South Africa.

Faranah Dildar-Mia

Head of Coordination and Operations

I am honored to be a part of the RainTree family and I love what I do.

Managing that all of the operations happen like clockwork is what I do best.
