Cross Fire Management engaged RainTree Business Coaching to complete a programme of Leadership group coaching last year and decided to continue working with the team in the form of an ongoing Accountability programme. The programme completed proved extremely successful in that it enabled the team to have more frequently honest and have open discussions in a respectful manner and without alienating any team members. We further achieved a better understanding of the individual teams we led and how to deal with the challenges that often present themselves in construction, an industry that is confrontational by nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
